Shipping policy

Order dispatch times for all orders:

Orders placed Monday - Friday will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders place on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped within two business days.

Shipping fees & times for UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands orders:

Free shipping on all UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands orders over £45. Orders under £45 will cost £3.99 which will be added to your order at checkout. 

  • UK shipping will take 1-2 working days not inclusive of order dispatch times.
  • Isle of Man and Channel Islands will rake 2 - 4 working days not inclusive of order dispatch times. 

Note, items delivered to the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may be subject to customs and import tax which the buyer is responsible for paying. produlgence is not responsible for any customs or duty fees, nor will be such fees be reimbursed. Any items returned to sender due to failure to pay customs and import tax will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping.


Shipping fees & times for Europe, North America and Rest of the World:

Shipping fees for orders to Europe, North America and Rest of the World will be calculated at checkout.

  • Shipping to Europe will take 3-5 working days not inclusive of order dispatch times.
  • Shipping to North America and Rest of the World will take 5-7 working days not inclusive of order dispatch times.

International orders may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties by your country's customs department upon arrival which the buyer is responsible for paying. produlgence is not responsible for any customs or duty fees, nor will be such fees be reimbursed. Any items returned to sender due to failure to pay customs and import tax will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping.

These are estimated transit times given to us by the assigned courier however, they are not guaranteed. Orders typically arrive as scheduled, produlgence is not responsible for shipping deliveries/delays due to customs or transfers to the local carries in your country, and delays once the package leaves the United Kingdom.
